  1. Hate eating fruit and stuff?

    Does ice cream sound like the perfect way to cool off in the summer, have some fries and a milkshake…or grab some chips, maybe some nutella?
    Well i read somewhere that saying no for up to 21 days or so will help break any bad habits.

    For me, I really have no cravings to have any milkshakes or chips or anything now.
    All I want are some good ol’ fruits, veggies, and water.
    Sounds crazy but it’s delicious. 

    I can agree! I’ve not had cake, candy, sweets, biscuits, pastries, fizzy drinks or chocolate since 1st august - i stopped cos i was breaking out in spots like i was a teenager again and its really helped improve my skin. I’m 6lbs closer to my 1st goal as an added bonus! I wasn’t even eating that much of the stuff as well - just goes to show how much it can affect you!
