Counting Pulses

The sad thing is, that if i was in a relationship with someone who is acting the way he does right now, he would be the first to say its not right and unhealthy.

I made a decision that I will not go down the old path of apologising so he can yell and feel better. Its not an easy decision - to overcome habitual patterns, but it has to be done or else I might as well give up altogether. I don’t want to be like him, nor encourage toxic behaviour like this. I dislike the current terse atmosphere and yes, it bothers me, but enough is enough.
